I am a Chinese Canadian clinical psychologist working with clients to enhance their emotional awareness, overcome intergenerational and attachment trauma, improve the quality of their relationships, and feel more secure. Asian Canadians have unique identities and lived experiences, and as a community face mental health challenges which are often misunderstood and under-recognized.
